Spend your next summer vacation at Tagish Lake and explore the vast wilderness by canoe, motor boat, or perhaps by hiking with one of our friendly huskies. Experience Canada's most pristine nature, completely inaccessible by roads and cars. Choose one or more of the wide range of activities and sightseeing tours provided by the lodge and learn about the way of life in the bush! We provide different excursions for you to choose from - some of them can be combined, extended, modified....just to meet your personal taste and create an unforgettable wilderness experience! The base of your package is always the 3-night accommodation package incl. full board.

We take you to the best fishing grounds for lake trout and northern pike! You can even try your luck on fly fishing for arctic grayling on one of the river mouth that merge into Tagish Lake. Thanks to the very cold and clean water, some serious trophy sized trouts are living here which can get up to 20, 30 or sometimes even 40 lbs! You can rent the fishing gear at the lodge and also purchase the necessary Yukon Fishing License for 1 or 6 days. Our guided fishing trips can be booked by half day (approx. 4 hrs) or full day (approx. 6 hours) and include all gear rental. Or you can rent one of our small boats and explore Tagish Lake on your own! Canoeing excursions and kayaking |

Boat trip to Talaha-Bay and continuation further into the shallow water per canoe, passing busy beavers and maybe spotting a moose in the brushes. Shore lunch in a romantic bay. Duration approx. 5 hours. In addition, our canoe and kayaks at the lodge are at your disposal for free - you will receive a detailed instruction and the necessary material (life vest) from us and are then free to paddle around on Tagish Lake on your own! |

For example to the 4-storey Waterfalls of Racine, taking a short and easy hike up to the first Racine lake. Or how about a combination of boating and canoeing in a calm and romantic bay of Tagish Lake? We will find the perfect spot for you, it's Canada as you imagine it! |

Wildlife viewing |

By boat or canoe, we guide you to the best spots for wildlife viewing. Still, luck and patience are the key elements for a successful observing of local wildlife in its natural habitat. Also, Tagish Lake is well-known among ornithologists to be a bird lovers paradise with over 40 different species, some of them endangered! Other local wildlife such as moose, caribou, bears, lynx or beaver can be spottet depending on the season of your visit. |

Hiking & Nature Walks |

We offer single or multi-day hikes into the nearby mountain areas. The ascent to our "housemountain" begins right behind the lodge. Once the top is reached, you are rewarded by a breathtaking scenery. Rated moderate, duration approx. 5 hours (2-3 hours climbing). On our more relaxing nature walks, you will learn interesting facts about the local fauna and flora and how all species cope with the extreme climate. |
